Can I get a quote?

Absolutely – we offer a free security review to ensure we match your exact requirements. Send us a message with your name, address, telephone number and preferred days & times – we can get you booked in for our highly experienced engineer to come round.  Alternatively, give us a call on 01296 914190 and we’ll get your quote underway.

How long will I have to wait for my security system installation?

There is typically a short wait of usually between 2 – 5 days for a security system installation while we order the correct equipment for your needs.

How long does a security system installation take?

For a residential installation, our team will have your system fully fitted in approximately 4 days. For larger commercial properties and businesses, installation can take longer – between 1 and 3 days typically. Your engineer will discuss this with you during your security review.

Can my security system be expanded at a later date?

Yes, we install systems that make it easy to upgrade and expand your security system to a higher level of security. Pop us a message or give us a call to discuss what you require and we are always happy to help.

What are the advantages of the app?

For maximum convenience, the app for our alarm and CCTV systems brings you complete security, control and peace of mind to the palm of your hand.  Keep on top of your security from wherever you are, with 1 app to control your Alarm and/or CCTV. Whether you have particular area’s or times you want protected, our alarm systems can be set to work for you. If you’d like to zone your house alarm, we can help you with that. There is an App for that!

How will an alarm system affect my insurance?

Owning a CCTV or burglar alarm system will often reduce your building’s insurance significantly, however it is best to contact your insurance provider to clarify their own terms and conditions.

How often should I test my alarm system?

You should test your alarm system at least once a month, but also if you make any changes to the building that may compromise the security system. For example if you’ve made any physical changes to the building or if there has been a power outage.

Where will my CCTV footage be recorded?

You can either use local recording, or an Alarm Monitoring Centre for maximum protection. Our engineers are on hand to discuss your options in more detail, with information on the benefits of each.
